Workshop — Revenue models
A half-day workshop exploring revenue models and analyzing the profitability of existing models. A brainstorming component will lead to the selection of one or two possible models for the organization. This workshop is relevant to both the Board of Directors and the management team. Arrive without bias or preconceptions, and with plenty of enthusiasm!

In this 4 to 5-hour session, we’ll use the GrowthWheel platform to build a summary company profile. You can then download your document, modify it as you wish, print it and share it.
Session — Ideation and validation
Do you have an idea but want to confirm its potential? Do you want to understand what the next steps are? This 3 to 4 hour work session is a collaborative brainstorming session that will help you turn your ideas into a plan. You’ll come away with a succinct description of your business and a list of next steps in starting up your company.
Session — Business plan template
This 3 to 4-hour co-working session will enable you to turn your ideas, vision and objectives into reality. You’ll also define your company’s target market, marketing strategy and financial model. You’ll benefit from condensed training that will enable you to grasp all the concepts essential to developing a complete business plan.
Session — Incorporation
The incorporation process can often seem obscure and complex. This session will not only introduce you to the incorporation process, but also give you a clear understanding of your responsibilities and obligations to the government. You’ll receive a binder with templates and clear instructions for the rest of the process.
Grant applications
